Consultation Form
This consultation form is for booking tattoo appointments with your chosen artist, based on mutual availability. Some of our artists are booked a few months in advance, while others may have sooner openings.
All of our artists tattoo full-time, and we review consultation forms during our personal time. Because of this, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive a response—thank you for your patience and understanding.
We also accept walk-ins, which are always first come, first served. You're welcome to stop by the studio during open hours to ask questions, check availability, or see who's free.
